Westminster’s fashion department is ranked among the best in the world, 16th according to CEOWORLD Magazine 2021. The University is also ranked 14th in the “Art” subject area in The Guardian University Guide 2022 and within the top 30 in the “Art and Design” subject area in Complete University Guide 2022.

Its Fashion Design course has an exceptional reputation for being aligned with the international fashion industry, and the University is also home to the Westminster Menswear Archive, consisting of over 15,000 garments from world-renowned menswear designers. Alumni include designers Roberta Einer, Claire Barrow, Liam Hodges and Ashley Williams; Stuart Vevers, Creative Director of Coach, and former President and Chief Creative Officer of Burberry, Christopher Bailey.
