In the Biological and Food Science Research Project, I discovered my potential and improved my data analysis and professional skills. This experience deepened my understanding of food science and nutrition, revealing the field's growth potential in areas like food safety and product development. I am now preparing to study kinesiology and coaching to explore the relationship between nutrition and exercise, aiming to become a more comprehensive and professional nutritionist.
